These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by A.A WAIT PAINTERS LTD. By engaging our painting services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
We offer a wide range of residential and commercial painting services, including but not limited to interior painting, exterior painting, surface preparation, and decorative finishes. All services will be carried out as per the agreed scope, schedule, and estimate.
All price quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
A deposit may be required before work commences.
The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur additional charges as per applicable regulations.
Clients must provide access to the premises and ensure that the working area is safe and ready for painting.
It is the client’s responsibility to remove personal belongings or cover items to prevent accidental damage.
Any delays caused by the client (e.g., limited access, late approvals) may result in adjusted timelines or costs.
Any requested changes to the agreed work after the project begins must be documented and may result in additional charges.
We reserve the right to adjust project timelines or pricing based on the revised scope of work.
If the client cancels the job after confirmation, any expenses already incurred (labour, materials) will be deducted from the deposit or billed separately.
Refunds are only applicable for work not started or in special circumstances, subject to review.
We stand by the quality of our services. A workmanship guarantee of [Insert Duration, e.g., 12 months] applies to all completed painting work, provided proper care and maintenance are followed.
While we take great care, A.A WAIT PAINTERS LTD is not liable for damage to any surfaces or items not properly covered or disclosed.
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or unforeseen structural problems.
We comply with all applicable health and safety regulations. Clients must inform us of any hazards or risks on-site before work begins.
Any designs, colour schemes, or concepts shared by A.A WAIT PAINTERS LTD remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
